Returns (30 days) You have 30 days after receipt to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be:
• New, unopened , unused
• In its original sealed packaging
• In the same condition as upon receipt
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

For reasons of hygiene, safety, or the nature of the product, the following items are not

Cosmetic products that have been opened or whose seal has been broken
(body butters, deodorants, masks, exfoliants, serums, lotions, etc.)
• Products applied to the skin or hair if the packaging is not sealed
Digital products (e-books, guides, downloads) — non-refundable

Cosmetic products can only be returned if they are completely new, sealed and
never opened.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
After validation of the return (if eligible), you will be able to place a new order.

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval by email.
If approved:
• refund to the original payment method ,
• within approximately 10 working days .
